Business Development Trainee
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Take care and answer client’s information and oversee the sales process for the business.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, customers have signed contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
- Prepare proposal materials customised for each client’s specific business needs.
- Develop rapport with key decision-makers
- Set up virtual and in-person sales meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Good communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
- Knowing website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus
