Business Development Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take care and answer client’s information and oversee the sales process for the business.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
• Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
• Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, customers have signed contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
• Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
• Prepare proposal materials customised for each client’s specific business needs.
• Develop rapport with key decision-makers
• Set up virtual and in-person sales meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Good communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
• Knowing website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus
