JOB DESCRIPTION

• Relevant design skills: commercial, branding, proposal, social, digital, etc
• Propose creative ideas for art direction according to Leader’s request
• Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts that align with our client’s brand guidelines and meet their marketing objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments such as account management, production, and development to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Presenting ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-3 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking
• Good at concept creation and idea creation for communication campaigns
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc.)
• Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency
• Must be effective at multi-tasking, time management, and presentation skills
• Digital painting/ sketching is an advantage
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
