JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Take care of and answer clients’ information and oversee the business’ sales process.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
  • Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, upon and customers have signed contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintain and follow campaign activities in CRM.
  • Prepare proposal materials customized for each client’s specific business needs.
  • Develop rapport with key decision-makers
  • Set up virtual nad in-person sales meetings

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Good communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
  • Good communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum one year experience in Business Development in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, or Technical products & services industries.
  • Having knowledge of website development, SEO, and e-commerce is a plus
