Mid-level Graphic Designer (Concept & Visual Development)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Mid-level Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual concepts, building creative visual approaches, and executing key design assets for communication campaigns.

This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, the ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual directions, and experience working with Production Houses to ensure the final output aligns with the approved visual concept.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop visual concepts and creative visual approaches for campaigns based on creative briefs and the Creative team’s direction.
  • Build moodboards, visual references, and layout explorations to clearly define the campaign’s visual look & feel.
  • Design Key Visuals and master creative assets for social, digital, print, OOH, or POSM materials.
  • Coordinate with Production Houses during pre-production, shooting, and post-production, while providing visual feedback to ensure the final output aligns with the approved visual direction.
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Planners, and Account teams to ensure concepts are feasible, on-brief, and delivered on time.

REQUIREMENT

  • 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within a Creative Agency or Digital Agency.
  • Experience in developing concept ideas, moodboards, and visual directions for communication campaigns.
  • Experience working with Production Houses or involvement in pre-production, shooting, and post-production is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,…)
  • Knowledge of Figma or AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
  • Good aesthetic sense and ability to stay updated with design, advertising, and social media trends.
  • Ability to present visual ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Good time management, attention to detail, and a proactive working attitude.
