JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work and brainstorm with Account, and Art to implement IMC/Digital IMC Proposal
- Be responsible for the ideation, concept and creative output
- Develop detailed content plans including angles, pillars, and schedules… with strategic thinking in both Vietnamese and English
- Develop content on diverse channels: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Group, Forum…
- Professionally presenting ideas and concepts in the team and to clients.
REQUIREMENT
- Working experience of at least 1 year
- Digital/ Creative/ PR or Communications Agency Experiences Preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively complex concepts and ideas
- Be active on social and listening to social trends and styles
- Have intention when writing content
- Hard working and have teamwork skills, and self-management skills to complete tasks with tight deadlines
- A positive attitude when working with colleagues, associates, and clients
- Working in a Creative/ Digital agency is an advantage.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Step 1: Initial phone screening with HR
- Step 2: Candidate completes a competency test (at home or the office, depending on the position)
- Step 3: First-round in-person interview with the Line Manager to assess professional capabilities
- Step 4: Second-round phone interview with a Manager from another department to evaluate cross-functional collaboration skills
- Step 5: HR contacts the reference(s) provided by the candidate.
