JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruitment

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
  • Coordinate and improve employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Development & Employer Branding

  • Support onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Coordinate internal engagement activities and employer branding initiatives.
  • Support training programs and learning & development activities when required.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
  • Support HR administrative tasks and internal HR projects.
  • Assist the HR team with other HR functions when required.

Corporate Tasks

  • Stay updated with recruitment trends, labor market insights, and HR best practices.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Agency is preferred.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
