A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Manage a small team to meet the client’s business requirements.
- Responsible for the digital planning covering all digital touchpoints in paid media for the team’s projects.
- Responsible for the digital execution, budgeting of digital media for the team’s projects.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute the purchase and deployment of digital media, inventory, and advertising solutions from partners and DSP platforms.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, including discounts, credit limits, and payment conditions.
- Monitor campaign performance and work closely with internal teams to optimize budget allocation and campaign results.
- Manage the entire end-to-end process, from contract negotiation and accounts payable tracking to payment proposals, in coordination with the Finance team.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and effective allocation of advertising budgets.
- Collaborate with Account and other internal teams to propose budget allocation strategies aligned with clients’ KPIs.
- Continuously update market knowledge on digital advertising trends, including inventory pricing, emerging platforms, and new vendors.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve media buying efficiency in terms of channels, timing, and payment methods.
C. REQUIREMENT
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in digital marketing–related positions.
- Experience working at an agency or in an environment managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with partners and vendors.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for budget management and tracking.
