A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- Manage a small team to meet the client’s business requirements.
- Responsible for the digital planning covering all digital touchpoints in paid media for the team’s projects.
- Responsible for the digital execution, budgeting of digital media for the team’s projects.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Planning (50%)
- Work with the Account & BD team for brief-taking and understanding precisely the campaign objectives and activation strategies.
- Plan media proposals based on touchpoint understanding.
- Oversee and manage all approved digital media plans, providing hands-on support, instruction, and supervision as needed
- Quality control for all output delivered to the client, including the creation of plans that reflect the insights and the ideas shaped from them.
- Responsible for managing all digital planning, booking and reporting digital activities.
- Responsible for online media planning activities: plans and costings, account queries and liaises with buyers, hands-on negotiation and communication with suppliers/ partners is included.
Digital Optimization (50%)
Manage and lead on Paid Search and Paid Social activity;
- Translate campaign/client goals into Performance strategic tactics and effectively execute those tactics.
- Build a performance multi-channel approach to achieve the client’s business requirements and revenue goals.
- Drive best practices in developing Paid Social, Paid Search and Video Strategies, and provide refinement and optimization recommendations
- Lead digital channel performance measurement, analysis and reporting, and use acquired data to inform and optimize campaign performance.
- Leverage and develop proficiencies with measurement tools and resources
- Manage and build relationships with major media owners: Google, Facebook, TikTok, Adtima, Admicro, Eclick, ad/app networks…
- Build & manage company media assets: Facebook, Google, BM, MCV, advertising network.
Team growth
- Building operating procedures, training for the digital team as well as sharing media knowledge with other departments.
- Support and solve campaign solutions to achieve (and exceed) campaign goals.
- Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise to other team members and teams;
- Be the Performance expert for assigned accounts.
C. REQUIREMENT
- 02 years in Performance Marketing and 01 year in Digital Planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to understand complex data, identify key trends and opportunities, put forward hypotheses to be tested and deliver recommendations
- Excellent knowledge of search and social ads platforms (Google Ads, Facebook)
- Successful experience in conversion optimization practices
- Proficiency in Website Analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and superior time management and organizational skills
- Works well with teams and has a collaborative, positive and goal-oriented attitude, bringing optimism and positive energy to the team.

E. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
