AI Creative Producer

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Focus: AI-powered content creation for client campaigns: short-form video, image generation, creative experimentation

Chin Media is a Performance Marketing Agency, so the briefs you’ll work on come from a mix of client campaigns: think short-form video for TikTok/Reels, ad creatives, product visuals, social content, and more

We’re looking for a new kind of creative: Someone genuinely excited by AI, not just a traditional designer nor a traditional video editor, etc. What matters is curiosity, speed, and a habit of experimenting until something works.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Operate AI image/video models directly based on creative briefs (Runway, Kling, Sora, Seedance, Veo, Nano Banana…)
• Write and fine-tune prompts to get the result, and log what works to keep improving
• Support editing, color grading, and basic post-production (VFX/audio) to finish the piece
• Build and maintain our prompt library and internal workflow documentation alongside team
• Work with your AI Creative team and other teams to turn creative ideas into finished output
• Proactively explore new AI tools and models, you’re encouraged to experiment and share what you find with the team

REQUIREMENT

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with at least one AI image/video generation tool (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Nano Banana…), with personal projects or experiments to show for it.
• Genuinely curious about AI, proactive about learning new technology, and comfortable teaching yourself.
• A good eye for visuals: detail-oriented on imagery, composition, and color.
• Preferred: some background in basic video editing or design.
• Nice to have: basic proficiency with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop…).
