JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the key contact point between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectation management, and strong client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage IMC projects from brief reception, requirement clarification, proposal development, execution planning, implementation, reporting, and project closure.
- Independently handle assigned accounts and projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
- Support in developing IMC proposals, campaign approaches, communication plans, timelines, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Strategic Planning, Creative, Media, Production, Business Development, and external vendors/suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, workload allocation, and project priorities to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, operational bottlenecks, client concerns, or timeline challenges, and proactively propose solutions to maintain project efficiency.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, including meeting agendas, contact reports, project status updates, presentations, quotations, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation.
- Manage client feedback and revision processes effectively by consolidating comments, clarifying priorities, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring outputs remain aligned with approved objectives and timelines.
- Support campaign implementation across multiple touchpoints, including digital, social, content, media, activation, event, PR, influencer/KOL/KOC, production, and other IMC channels, depending on project requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, communication objectives, and client expectations before final submission.
- Support project budget management, quotations, supplier coordination, billing documentation, and payment follow-up processes.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a good understanding of client business objectives.
- Guide and support Account Executive team members in project coordination, documentation, timeline follow-up, and client servicing tasks when required.
- Contribute to post-campaign reporting, performance evaluation, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimization.
- Support internal process improvements and contribute to effective collaboration across teams to enhance project delivery and service quality.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or similar roles at an Advertising, Creative, IMC, Digital, or Marketing Agency.
- Strong understanding of IMC campaign development and execution across multiple channels, including digital, social, media, content, event, activation, PR, KOL/KOC, and production.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong client servicing mindset with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ability to understand client briefs, identify communication objectives, and contribute practical input to campaign planning and proposal development.
- Experience guiding or supporting junior team members is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of project budgeting, cost management, and agency operations.
- Proactive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese; confident English communication is a strong advantage.
