JOB DESCRIPTION
Project management:
- Responsible for on-time delivery and quality of proposal by ensuring the account team understood the client's brief; leading brainstorming sessions to form direction, ideas, and tactics; supporting Account Executives in conducting a detailed analysis of client, products, and target audience; and delivering tailored solutions that meet the client’s specific needs.
- Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time, and within budget while achieving the expected profit for the company.
Client management:
- Act as a company representative: responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with the client’s key decision-makers, understanding the client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients, and promoting the expansion of business.
- Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas to improve sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in project development and impact future business opportunities.
Team management:
- Led the account team throughout the end-to-end client-serving process.
- Responsible for planning the team’s plan (quarterly and monthly), monitoring, managing, and ensuring the team’s delivery of the scheduled target.
- Mainly in charge of recruiting and developing Account Executives, providing frequent training and coaching for the team.
Planning:
- Attend the brainstorming and pitching sections to contribute knowledge and insight to the pitches/ plans (if needed)
- Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working.
- Allocates team resources to ensure delivery of data and information required for pitches/ plans.
REQUIREMENT
- Background: Digital/ Creative/ Advertising Agency, E-commerce, Marketing.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Account Manager in a Digital/Media Agency, with at least 1 year of experience in the required position or 3 years of experience in the Account Manager position
Manager - Managed projects of 3 billion/month or more
- Knowledge of Digital Planning and Execution is required
- Knowledge of IMC Planning is required.
- Master’s in Client Service
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in English
