Job Description


  • Set company human resources management policy and strategy.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.

1/ C&B, Operations (20%)

  • Develop company compensation and benefit systems: payroll, insurance, PIT.
  • Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
  • Planning company‘s yearly HR resources, budget, strategy…..
  • Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system. Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
  • Solving individual and personnel problems.
  • Company internal operation (internal regulation).
  • Office management.

2/ Recruitment (50%)

  • Building human resources strategy together with the Company’s business strategy.
  • Set annual manpower plans to meet requirements and ensure company objectives.
  • Implement and monitor the recruitment activities.
  • Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with line managers for final selection.
  • Build talent candidate inventory (from top uni) and recommend development plan for Digital Marketing agency.

3/ Training & Development (30%)

  • Develop human resource development policy to enhance employees skills and knowledge.
  • Direct and control the implementation of all necessary personnel training.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR and at least 1 year experience in the same position.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Takes initiative to implement necessary changes.
  • Good command of English.
