- Set company human resources management policy and strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.
1/ C&B, Operations (20%)
- Develop company compensation and benefit systems: payroll, insurance, PIT.
- Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
- Planning company‘s yearly HR resources, budget, strategy…..
- Build up KPIs & performance appraisal system. Implement & manage yearly performance review process for employees.
- Solving individual and personnel problems.
- Company internal operation (internal regulation).
- Office management.
2/ Recruitment (50%)
- Building human resources strategy together with the Company’s business strategy.
- Set annual manpower plans to meet requirements and ensure company objectives.
- Implement and monitor the recruitment activities.
- Interview and primary select qualified candidates, work with line managers for final selection.
- Build talent candidate inventory (from top uni) and recommend development plan for Digital Marketing agency.
3/ Training & Development (30%)
- Develop human resource development policy to enhance employees skills and knowledge.
- Direct and control the implementation of all necessary personnel training.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR and at least 1 year experience in the same position.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Solid communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Takes initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Good command of English.
