Job description & requirements

The Marketing Communications Trainee will support the MarCom team in executing content strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and website SEO optimization. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Marketing Support:

• Assist in planning and creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
• Optimise SEO content for the website, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and blog content updates.
• Support in coordinating with freelancers and agencies to develop engaging and effective content.

Branding & Digital Presence:

• Research and stay updated on industry trends to suggest new content ideas.
• Assist in increasing engagement, referrals, and reviews across various company platforms.
• Support in managing internal branding activities and company communication.

Project Execution & Reporting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.

REQUIREMENT

• Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and branding.
• Proficiency in content writing and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
