  • Working with the clients and the account team for brief taking and understand precisely the campaign objectives and activation strategies
  • Undertaking brand / campaign research with target audiences identifying (including analyzing their characteristics, behaviors, brand preferences and habits of purchase)
  • Understanding channel insights to develop impactful strategic approach toward target audiences
  • Leading & working with internal team to implement activation direction into deployment activities with actual visual / POSM design
  • Presenting proposals, including strategic thinking / big idea & conceptual deployment with detailed how-to, to convince & win over clients
  • Liaising with other executional department (Account and Operation) to evaluate the effectiveness of execution in order to improve / maintain future proposed options


  • Bachelor degree in marketing and/or communications is an advantage
  • At least 2-year working in Digital Marketing
  • Practical mindset with knowledge upon event / activation (quick catch-up on latest social trends is an advantage)
  • Ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas & analyze into key direction
  • Excellent communication
  • Hard-working and ready to work in high pressure environment
  • Good interpersonal skills –internally with other department and externally with clients
  • Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team
